TONYA LAMIA
At Compass Partners, Tonya helps organizations eliminate symptomatic issues by solving the real ones. She drives meaningful change by equipping teams with the tools, processes, and resources they need to succeed. Tonya currently serves on the Civilian Support Unit for the Lee County Sheriff's Office and most recently served as a Commissioner for the Greater Rockford Airport Authority. Her career in change management, board and investor relations, legislative affairs, fundraising, and brand and art direction spanned private, public, government, and nonprofit sectors. She helped create the Illinois Bicentennial and managed the statewide Commission on behalf of the Governor. She also worked for leading economic development agencies and chambers of commerce. The Illinois General Assembly recognized Tonya with House Resolution 0162 for her "many years of dedicated service to the economic well-being of Illinois businesses."
DAVID MCALEY
David is an accomplished entrepreneur who has personally developed and successfully guided a series of small and medium-sized businesses. He has led transformative sales team reorganizations, restructured compensation strategies, implemented process improvements, strengthened accountability, and guided the evaluation and selection of top sales talent. During a 17-year tenure with Radioworks, Inc., the company expanded five times and total revenue grew 20-fold. He negotiated and closed more than $50 Million in radio station transactions, and his company established unique and proprietary selling systems that were copied extensively as industry models. Most recently, David operated a multi-million-dollar, on-premise, special event marketing company that served multi-location retail clients. In addition to business consulting, he regularly leads a series of historical/cultural and culinary tours through Downtown Chicago. David is a father of two, grandfather of one and a veteran of the United States Naval Reserve where he served as Public Affairs Officer for a Navy Seabee Battalion.

Amy is an experienced consultant specializing in client relations, operations management, and healthcare administration. She partners with organizations to streamline workflows, strengthen compliance, and elevate client and patient experiences across financial services, healthcare, and education. Her expertise spans HR programs, policy development, OSHA and workers’ compensation documentation, scheduling, and records management. A certified CPR/AED and First Aid Instructor and former medical technician, she brings practical safety knowledge and a calm, service-oriented approach to change. Known for clear communication, meticulous execution, and rapid adaptation, Amy builds trust with cross-functional teams and delivers measurable improvements - from reducing administrative bottlenecks to standardizing procedures and training staff. Guided by integrity, respect, and excellence, she designs sustainable systems that help organizations and people thrive.
