TONYA LAMIA
Tonya is a connector of people, projects, and pocketbooks. She has over twenty years of experience with business operations, change management, concert and event production, and board and investor relations in the creative industries and public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She led the creation of Illinois Bicentennial and managed the statewide Commission on behalf of the Governor's Office. She has also worked in radio, at concert and entertainment venues, and for leading economic development agencies and chambers of commerce. As President of Compass Partners, Tonya leads projects she loves with people she likes. Most recently, Tonya served as Commissioner for the Greater Rockford Airport Authority and as Executive Director of The Parks Chamber of Commerce. The Illinois General Assembly recognized her in 2023 with House Resolution 0162 for her "many years of dedicated service to the economic well-being of Illinois businesses."
DAVID MCALEY
David is an accomplished entrepreneur who has personally developed and successfully guided a series of small and medium-sized businesses. He’s been on the firing line for sales staff reorganizations, comp plan changes, sales process improvement projects, accountability challenges, sales candidate evaluations, and more. During a 17-year tenure with Radioworks, Inc., the company expanded five times and total revenue grew 20-fold. He negotiated and closed more than $50 Million in radio station transactions, and the company established unique and proprietary selling systems that were copied extensively as industry models. Most recently, David operated a multi-million-dollar, on-premise, special event marketing company that served multi-location retail clients. Over seven years, he expanded the company to a nationwide footprint and personally served as primary sales liaison with clients such as Verizon, Metro PCS, and Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. David is a veteran of the United States Naval Reserve where he served as Public Affairs Officer for a Seabee Battalion.
MIKE "BUNJ" BUNJAN
Bunj is an innovative and results-driven Creative Director with over twenty years of experience leading creative teams in conceptualizing and executing compelling visual and interactive design solutions. As President of Bunj Killer Creative, he leads branding, design, and promotion projects for corporate clients in addition to clients in the music and entertainment industries. Bunj is a designer, artist, and musician. He delivers killer creative that exceeds expectations on time and on budget.
CAROLINE ZIV
Caroline is an award-winning producer with deep experience creating compelling content in multiple formats for a wide range of audiences. Her sweet spot is in telling stories that educate, entertain, and move people to action. In 2012, Caroline founded Big Red Bike Media, a full-service video production company that helps clients create digital content for advertising, fundraising, and outreach. Clients have included a division of Walgreens, Disney, PAWS Chicago, and the National Alliance to End Homelessness. Before launching Big Red Bike Media, Caroline produced for national television shows including Good Morning America, Dateline NBC, and for a decade at The Oprah Winfrey Show. With her extensive TV and production background, Caroline is a go-to resource on media strategy, marketing, and communications.
